ForNAV is the report designer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: add a column, swap the logo, move the layout – in the designer instead of through a development request. More than 100 ready-made reports can be used from day one. In use worldwide by more than 50,000 users; you can license ForNAV through us.

Report Pack & Designer
The starting point is the Report Pack: more than 100 ready-made reports for sales, purchasing, finance and inventory, optimized for Business Central. Adjustments are made in the designer by drag & drop – swap the logo, add a column, done. Without commissioning any development.
Report Pack instead of a blank page
More than 100 standard reports with automatic region detection – invoice, reminder, delivery note and the rest are ready to use from day one.
Adjust by drag & drop
Logo, fields, columns, fonts: layouts are moved directly in the designer instead of being programmed. Custom fonts, barcodes and watermarks are included.
Testing without developers
The preview shows the report with real data before it goes live – the department can adjust the document layout without a ticket to IT.

Direct Print, File Service, Excel
Business Central in the cloud, printers and files on site: ForNAV closes exactly this gap. Documents go to the right printer without detours, local drives remain reachable, and controlling gets its figures directly in Excel.
Direct Print
ForNAV, RDLC and Word reports go directly to local and network printers – also from Business Central SaaS, without the detour via a PDF in the browser.
The right printer on its own
Printer assignment by user, document type or location: the delivery note arrives in the warehouse, the invoice in accounting.
File Service
Provides access from the cloud to local drives and programs – file storage and data exchange continue to work as usual.
Excel integration
Business Central data lands in Excel reports in structured form – for everyone whose analyses simply live in Excel.
Cloud ERP, without compromises in the office.

Peppol without detours
Electronic invoices are created directly from the document in Business Central, checked before dispatch and delivered via the Peppol network. The e-invoicing obligation thus becomes a question of format instead of a project.
Create from the document
The electronic document is created from an invoice or credit memo directly in Business Central – without an intermediate export.
Check before sending
Every document is validated against the target format. Faulty records are noticed before they reach the recipient.
Delivery via Peppol
Dispatch runs via the Peppol network directly to the recipient – without portal uploads and manual intermediate steps.
Formats for your recipients
XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and Peppol BIS cover the requirements of public sector clients and large customers.
One subscription, all tools.

Frequently asked questions.
What does ForNAV cost?
ForNAV is licensed as a subscription per user, with a minimum of ten users. From twenty users, the license applies without a limit per company, and all modules are included. We will quote the exact price for your number of users on request.
Can we test ForNAV beforehand?
Yes. The trial version is fully functional and only carries a watermark until the license has been imported. So you test with your real documents, not with demo data.
Does ForNAV also run with Business Central OnPremise?
Yes, ForNAV runs in Business Central SaaS and OnPremise. Direct printing from the cloud to local printers is one reason why many cloud customers use the module.
Do we have to rebuild our existing reports?
No. Existing RDLC layouts can be carried over, and the more than 100 reports in the Report Pack already cover the common documents. Adjustments are made in the designer, not in code.
Does IOI also handle the setup?
No. We are your contact for licensing ForNAV and advise you on the selection of modules. Setup and training are not part of our scope of services.
License ForNAV for your Business Central. Test beforehand.
The trial version is fully functional – you test ForNAV with your own documents. If it fits, you license it through us, including advice on selecting modules.
