Payments and finance modules from the OPplus successor, incoming invoices with approval and audit-proof archiving, document dispatch with Peppol: Continia closes exactly the gaps that the standard leaves open – all three as AL Extensions in the same company. We license, set up and train your users.
Everything Business Central leaves open in finance and accounting.

Continia Banking & Finance
The successor to OPplus, the finance Add-on that German-speaking mid-market companies have used for years to handle payments, bank statements and open items. Banking covers everything that moves money, Finance the accounting modules alongside it. Existing OPplus customers face an end date – end of sale 10/2026, end of support 10/2027.
Bank statement and allocation
Import bank statements and incoming payments, apply open entries automatically using freely selectable fields. Anything that is not clear-cut ends up in the journal for review.
Payment proposal and file
Create, check and approve payment runs from open vendor entries and hand them over as a payment file – including foreign payments.
Direct communication
Secured connection between Business Central and your bank, inside the module itself. The bank can transfer statements on its own, and exchange rates arrive daily.
Release and review
Approval workflows before payment, verification of bank details and checks against payment fraud and transposed digits.
Two solutions, one package - or separately.

Continia Document Capture
Takes the incoming document in at the door and never lets it go again: import it, capture it with text recognition, match it against the purchase order and goods receipt, approve it, post it, archive it in an audit-proof way.
Document comes in
From the monitored mailbox, by drag & drop, from the desktop scanner or as an electronic document via the Continia Delivery Network.
Fields are read
Text recognition at header and line level. You show once where each field is; from the second document of the same vendor onwards it runs on its own.
Check against the purchase order
Lines checked against purchase order and goods receipt, with tolerances per line. Deviations are flagged instead of being posted silently.
Approval and posting
Multi-level approval with amount limits and substitution – in the client, on mobile or in the Web Approval Portal for approvers without a BC license.
What goes in and what comes out.

Continia Document Output
The other direction: invoices, reminders, order confirmations and account statements are generated, laid out according to a template and sent in bundles – as an email, as print or as an electronic document via Peppol.
Define the design once
Email templates in the HTML editor, with merge fields from the document, signatures and attachments. Variants per language, customer type or dimension from a single template.
Bundled instead of individually
Send invoices, reminders and account statements from the queue in one pass – manually or automatically when posting.
Peppol without detours
Invoices and credit memos are sent as validated XML files via the Continia Delivery Network directly into the OpenPeppol network. ZUGFeRD and Factur-X are included as well.
Documents protected against manipulation
The security module protects PDFs with a password, signs them with your certificate and applies eIDAS-compliant eSeals.

Why Continia through IOI.
You can get Continia from any Microsoft partner. The difference lies in who then makes sure that the modules really hold up in daily use.
Licensing from a single source
We license the modules you need – and only those. We compare bundles against individual licenses.
Setup in the company
Bank accounts, approval workflows, document templates: we set the modules up in your environment instead of only installing them.
Training for your users
Accounting and purchasing get to know the new processes on their own documents, not on demo data.
One contact person afterwards
The same Business Central specialists who know your system – without forwarding tickets to third parties.
Frequently asked questions.
What does Continia cost?
Continia is licensed per module and per productive environment; bundles are possible. Document Capture is also billed per processed document on a transaction basis. We will tell you the specific price for your scope after a short conversation.
Do we have to take all three solutions?
No. Banking, Document Capture and Document Output can be licensed individually. Most projects start with the area that currently causes the most manual work.
We use OPplus today. What happens to it?
Continia Banking and Finance are the successors to OPplus. You will find the familiar functions for payment transactions, bank statements and open items there again, technically rebuilt and extended with a direct bank connection.
Does Continia also run OnPremise?
Yes. The modules run in Business Central SaaS and OnPremise. You can run the text recognition for incoming invoices as a cloud service or locally.
Who sets up Continia for us?
We take care of that. Licensing, setup in the tenant and training for your users come from a single source – including coordination with your accounting department.
Which Continia module suits you? Let's talk about it.
Banking, incoming invoices or document dispatch – together we determine the scope, the license costs and how the setup will run.
