What prospects ask before the start.
Is the Business Central license really included in the price?
Yes. The standard package includes one Business Central Essentials license. Additional users cost 69,30 EUR per month, with a 5 % discount in the Deluxe package and 10 % in the Ultimate package.
How quickly can we work productively?
Your test environment is ready within a few days. Because the system is preconfigured for SKR03 or SKR04, most customers work productively after a few weeks – instead of after months as in a classic ERP project.
What happens after the 30-day trial period?
You decide whether you continue. If you cancel (or give us no feedback), there are no costs. If you explicitly decide to go ahead, your test environment moves into productive operation with all the data already entered – you do not start over.
Can we have our own customizations implemented?
Yes. Every package includes an annual consultant allowance of 12 to 24 hours for customizations, reports and special requests. We implement larger extensions as a clean Business Central Extension so that they remain update-safe.
How long does the contract run?
The contract term is 24 months and is extended by 12 months at a time unless it is terminated with 3 months’ notice to the end of the term. Payment is made monthly or annually in advance – annual payment is cheaper.
