Four questions that reach us frequently by phone and email.
How quickly do you respond?
Requests that reach us on weekdays before 2 p.m. are usually answered on the same day. You will receive an initial response within one working day at the latest – even if the final assessment still requires some research.
Is the Upgrade-Check really free?
Yes. The Upgrade-Check includes an introductory conversation, a review of your source environment and an initial assessment of effort and procedure. Only afterwards – if both sides want to continue – is a concrete quote prepared.
Which documents should I prepare?
A rough list of your own customizations and Add-ons, the current NAV or BC version and a note on the database size are helpful. If you can provide the code base, that is ideal – but it is not mandatory.
Do you also work outside the DACH region?
We are based in Leverkusen, but we run projects across Europe – mostly remotely. On-site appointments are possible, but not necessary in most migration projects. English is the project language where required.
