Bridge to Cloud 3 with 30 % discount
If you move from Dynamics NAV or Business Central OnPremise to the cloud, you receive a 30 % discount on your subscriptions through the Microsoft program – for three years. We handle the registration for you; the registration deadline is 31.12.2027.

How much does Business Central cost per user?
On an annual term, € 72.77 for Essentials, € 100.07 for Premium and € 7.25 for Team Members, net per user and month. Without a term commitment, cancellable monthly, Essentials is € 83.16.
What is the difference between Essentials and Premium?
Premium contains everything in Essentials plus the manufacturing and service management modules. For companies without their own production and without service handling, Essentials is enough.
When is a Team Members licence enough?
Team Members is meant for people who read data, update existing records, approve workflows, record project time and maintain their own data. Anyone who creates documents, posts entries or maintains master data needs a full licence.
What does an additional environment cost?
€ 272.90 per month on an annual term. Business Central already includes environments in the subscription; this item applies when you need one beyond that, for instance for a second company with its own database.
How much database capacity is included?
That depends on how many licences you hold; the storage grows with the number of users. If it is not enough, 1 GB costs € 9.14 and 100 GB € 454.86 per month, each on an annual term.
Are licences cheaper at IOI?
No – where you buy Business Central makes no difference to the list price. Microsoft’s list prices are the same at every partner, nobody negotiates those. Two things do lower the bill: Bridge to Cloud 3 with 30 % off for three years, and not giving a full licence to everyone who would be fine with Team Members.
