It is not uncommon for the IT landscape to be heterogeneous. We have already successfully completed projects in which Business Central is part of a heterogeneous IT landscape that was managed using AWS SQS.
Opportunities and customers were created by Salesforce and synchronized directly with Business Central. Data changes were possible in both directions. The system in which master data or other entities were created were leading players. This posed a particular challenge for master data maintenance.
