You always apply through your house bank before the project starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DataMigrate Pro covers the critical path (direct migration NAV -&gt; Business Central, parallel operation with Live\u2011Sync, short downtime) &#8211; these services are eligible for funding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-warum-finanzierung-amp-migrationspfad-jetzt-zusammen-gedacht-werden-mussen\">Why financing &amp; the migration path now have to be planned together<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ERP projects rarely fail because of the target software. They fail on the way there: data quality, downtime, parallel operation and test cycles. That is where DataMigrate Pro comes in with a direct migration from Dynamics NAV\/Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central, if required with bidirectional live synchronization for a parallel operation over a limited period. Level 1 is for SMEs only (with a digitalization check).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levels &amp; grant: level 1 = no grant; level 2 = up to 3 %; level 3 = up to 5 % of the loan paid out; maximum grant 200.000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drawdown: 511 up to 24 months, 512 up to 12 months from the commitment. Levels 2\/3 carry no commitment fee; level 1 does from month 7 onwards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk assumption (512): the KfW takes on 50 % of the credit risk -&gt; this makes financing easier when collateral is tight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State aid: the interest rate reduction counts as state aid; keep an eye on the subsidy value &amp; De\u2011minimis\/AGVO. Submit the grant application (levels 2\/3) together with the loan application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-kosten-in-einem-datamigrate-pro-projekt-typischerweise-forderfahig-sind\">Which costs in a DataMigrate Pro project are typically eligible<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software: DataMigrate Pro licenses\/editions and &#8211; if relevant within the project period \u2013 Business Central licenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation &amp; services: migration concept, mapping\/ETL routes, delta runs, validation\/logging, cutover plan, training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project effort: external consulting costs (IO Integrated) and internal staff costs (key users\/IT) within the project period (max. 24 months).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-checkliste-fur-cfo-projektleitung\">Checklist for the CFO and the project management<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Describe the project clearly: goals (time\/error rate\/costs), scope (data packages, integrations), parallel operation with Live\u2011Sync, cutover, benefit metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine the level: level 1 (loan only, digitalization check mandatory), level 2 (grant up to 3 %), level 3 (5 % grant; threshold: loan &gt; 3 % of group turnover).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Split the cost structure the way the KfW expects it: software, implementation, internal &amp; external staff costs; project period \u2264 24 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document set: gBzA, SME self-declaration (if relevant), De\u2011minimis, cumulation declaration, and the grant application submitted together with the loan application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timing: apply before the project starts; measures that have already begun cannot be financed afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-argumente-furs-bankgesprach-datamigrate-pro\">Arguments for the meeting with the bank (DataMigrate Pro)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct migration NAV -&gt; Business Central (without intermediate versions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bidirectional live synchronization allows parallel operation without hard downtime.
