Ledger Entry<\/strong> and <strong>Vendor Ledger Entry<\/strong> contain the fields <strong>Customer Name<\/strong> and <strong>Vendor Name<\/strong>. Since these do not exist in NAV, they have to be derived from the respective master records during the migration. This requires a change to the configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following figure shows an example of the configuration change required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ioitempold.dreamhosters.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-20250226-123807-1024x116.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-994218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Anpassung-f\u00fcr-die-Posten-Tabelle\">Change for the ledger entry table<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Joined Table:<\/strong> specifies which additional table is included in the data transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Join Clause:<\/strong> links the table defined in the &#8220;Joined Table&#8221; column to the corresponding main table.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The alias for the <strong>Source Table No.<\/strong> is set to <strong>T<\/strong> by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every further table you add gets the prefix <strong>T<\/strong> followed by its table number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calculation:<\/strong> defines the expression that is passed to Business Central.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Source Field No.<\/strong> <em>-8<\/em> and <strong>Source Field Name<\/strong> <em>&#8212; calculated field &#8212;<\/em> do not exist in the source. They serve documentation purposes only.
